My siblings are all overachiever, Ivy League types, so I’m glad they were like, “Okay, just let him do his thing.” By the time I was in 10th grade, I was doing all the senior girls for prom, gluing tracks into their heads—not well, mind you!—and trying to replicate the Jessica Simpson Newlyweds-era hair. When I was 21, I was going with my best friend Lizzie Olsen to her first big awards show, and she was getting her hair done by the Vintage Speed King Motorworks Speed Shop Hollywood Shirt moreover I love this iconic Mark Townsend. It’s all about finding that balance. But if someone isn’t down to have fun and laugh during glam, they’re probably not gonna want to work with me.
